2007 gti155se no spark. no beep. nothing

So I bought this ski off marketplace for $350. It came with no trailer, no title and was told it was filled with water. At that price I couldnt resist. I got the water out of the crankcase by changing oil 3X. The ski will only crank when I jump the solenoid but wont fire. Ive replaced the solenoid, main relay, checked all fuses, tested the dess post, and every connection I could find. I sucked any water out of the intake manifold and cleaned the spark plugs many times because they would get wet. I have a few questions for the experienced: where can I get an electronic shop manual free download without corrupting my computer and why does the main relay have 5 pins when there are only 4 connections on the fuse box. Service manual also states to drain the exhaust, somehow it makes its way to the intake system. Seadoomanuals.net for the shop manual.

Thanks for the response. I will drain exhaust and download but still have no ecu recognition of dess.

2007 that was filled with water, electrical nightmare. They can be a bad dream even when not filled with water.
