first off hello all. I am new and just got a 2007 gti 155 and installed a new battery and started right after not running for couple years, but the instruments are not working. I replaced fuse and only could find a 30amp and saw smoke so pulled fuse immediately. The Panel has some water or looks like it. I don’t want to purchase another one so what can I do.... take it apart clean it, how do I take it apart
