2007 challenger 180 starter solenoid issues.

I tried three different starter relays/solenoids. The switch terminal (PU/W and PU) wires are both showing 12v full time.

When I jump the batt/starter lugs the engine turns over.

Tested the continuity on the switch itself and it works just fine, however like I said the 2pin terminals are both getting 12v full time and not allowing the boat ignition switch to engage the starter.

I noticed some corrosion on the fuse block and have a new one on the way hoping that might be it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should get a ground on one of wires on the two pin plug when you hit the start button.
your gauge is lighting when you put the dess key on the post and getting two beeps?
