Propulsion issue... Yesterday, just starting up must have sucked in a stick, or something. Will run slow but then vibration. Can't see anything in the front of the tunnel. One arm of the grate has a broken weld so i can get in and get my fingers just in front of impeller. There are what might be broken pieces of black plastic against the inside of the cylinder. Makes me think there was a gate/grate there that broke. I don't see a part like that on the diagrams?
1) Does removal of the riding plate allow access to the impeller, etc? Or do i need to remove the drive from behind?
2) Is there (suppose) to be something in front of the impeller that may be cracked off?
I just examined it again.... It is the pump support that is broken up. I will pull the pump, get a new support and.. ? I am guessing there is a guide or bushing in the center of the support. Can you privide a link for replacement.
