2006 Sportster 4-tec water in engine

Can't figure out how water is getting into the engine? runs fine at the house, back the trailer down and cylinders fill up. water is definitely not coming from the onboard cooling system. This is raw water in the cylinders. any suggestions?

If your 4TEC engine is supercharged and intercooled then it's probably getting into the engine from the intercooler which is mounted inside the intake plenum. The intercooler and exhaust manifold use outside water to cool them. If it's not s/c then the only other way for outside water to enter the engine is thru a cracked exhaust manifold (not likely).
