2006 sportster 4-tec not supercharged

RE: 2006 sportster 4-tec NOT supercharged

having trouble getting the thing started this year. dumped gas, fresh fuel, have pressure up to the fuel rail. replaced plugs gapping correctly, checked spark and all 3 are good. Should I check the injectors next? will they "test spray"?

it does beep four times after each crank. is this a code trying to tell me something?

any suggestions?

any helpful advice?

pulled the injectors and have 12 volts coming from each plug when I power on. Only the front injector sprays. rotated each of the injectors to number one and each of them sprayed fine. Is this normal that only one injector would spray when powered on?
