I have a 2006 Speedster Wake with twin 4-tec supercharged 215 hp engines. The port engine always starts. The starboard engine usually starts but intermittently it fails to start. The failure to start may occur when the engine is cold, or it may occur after it has been running fine and the engine is warm. Since the engine is turned on and off while wakeboarding, it may start fine 10 times, and then fail to start. There does not seem to be anything that predicts when it will fail to start. The lanyard is on the post and 2 beeps are heard. The engine never stalls and performs normally once it is running. Both the starboard and port engines crank fine. When the starboard engine does start, it does so immediately. Holding the throttle wide open on the starboard engine does not seem to help. Waiting 20-30 minutes seems to make a difference since the starboard engine may suddenly start. The spark plugs were changed and it made no difference. The battery has been tested and it is fine. Thanks.
