I found this post online and I have the exact same problem...
I have a 2006 Seadoo Sportster 215hp that seems to have a fuel related issue. After putting it in the water and leaving the dock the engine would stay bogged down for the first 5-10 minutes, cutting in and out then all of a sudden it would take off and run fine for the rest of the day. We only take it out 4-5 times year and each time same thing. Last time out I brought it back the next day testing the theory to see if it would run normal and same thing. I have ran several tanks of gas through it. Based on what I have found online so far it looks like changing the plugs and running some fuel system cleaner through might help? Any advice is appreciated.
