I just purchased a 2006 Sea Doo Speedster 200 and the port side motor is cavitating. My boat mechanic feels as though the ride plate to cover the impeller is incorrect. the Starboard side plate is squared off, where the port side has a notch in it. The diagram from PWC Performance shows it as squared off as well. I ordered a new port side ride plate and when I received it, its the same one that's on the boat, the one with the notch (see Pic). Is this correct? Does anyone happen to have a picture of the underside of their speedster 200? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
