My 2006 speedster 215 S/C engine will rev up and down and will only go 10 mph????

could it be a super charger??

I had a stick stuck in impeller that did that.Get under your boat ,look at impeller for anything that shouldn't be there.

Not likely supercharger. More likely pump issue. As Mudnman said, check the pump out and check that wear ring.

High revs and poor performance is almost always a bad wear ring, something in the pump, or carbon seal.
