I just got a 2006 Sportster 150 and on the way home the passenger seat on the right side the back portion flew off. Does anyone know where i can find one Sea Doo does not sell the part anymore Part Number 295501063

I can't help you with the finding of the seat. But I will tell you I have read about this happening on SEVERAL occasions. So, once you do get a seat, in the future find a means to cover or secure them while traveling down the road.
