2006 Sea doo speedster 200 Wake radio, amp, remote

Hey there! Just bought a 2006 Sea Doo Speedster 200 Wake 430 Boat..looking at the stereo and amp..I know the stereo isn’t factory..I cannot get the remote to work..in the glove box is a black wire with pins..I’m assuming that’s for the remote..so I’m looking for some pictures of the original stereo and Amp..the amp doesn’t have a spot for PA system..and the PA systems is just hanging..any photos are greatly appreciate!!

Wow. Definitely not factory. that remote will only work with the head unit. if that unit was changed, it may not be compatible with the original marine remote.

Sometimes it is better to start over. I did and have not been happier. New head unit with new remote. All works awesome.

That’s a clarion remote for the old marine radios. You could use it with a newer clarion such as the M606 with an adapter. What head unit is in there now?

They installed a junky Dual...I was thinking the M508..plug looks the same

All the newer Clarion including the m series are 8 pin remote cables. You can get an adapter to use your old 6 pin remote though.

I had an old CMD4 with your same remote. I upgraded to a M606 last year and added another remote to the rear of the boat. Used an 8-6 adapter and a y cable to make it all work.
