Hello Guys, I recently replace one battery and the other one was charge at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I change the Coils and spark plugs, I'm using 90 Octane Ethanol free gas,
The skis run strong with out any mechanical problem, Today we went to the lake and notice both of them starting slow, like the batteries were not charge, after getting home I check them and both were at 50%. It's kind of weird that both are having the same problem. I read about the rectifiers being some what of a problem but I do not know where they are located in the skis, I'm a Field Service Engineer and i can troubleshoot electrical problems, so if somebody can tell me were the rectifiers are and how they look so I can located them and what checks I should do, Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards!
Pete

Did the batteries ever work right after you got home from O'Reillys? Make sure the batteries are good. Have them load tested somewhere else.

Yes they work fine, I bought a new one and they other one was load tested and charge.

I also checked the voltage regulators and they are fine, with the Ski's off the voltage is 12.2 and on 13 to 14 Volts so they are both working.

Your batteries aren't fully charged, especially if it's sealed. Probably why there cranking slow.
