had starting issues with my boat where i would just get a click..now it turns over but wont fire. had to jump it in the past....may have fried my ECM...dont know...Im going to try to change out the fuses and see what that does. very frustrated. had a mechanic work on it and he bypassed the power for the fuel pump directly into the ECM but I went back and changed it as there starting problem is still occuring. had the boat running and it would run for a min or so then stall...now it just cranks but will not fire up. i plan to switch out all the fuses and see if i may have blown one but any other help would be greatly appreciated before i spent $200 to replace the ECM. i only have 1 engine so i was going to try and put the cables in the other output to see if that would fix the problem. Any ideas

i think i solved the problem. after replacing the fuel pump and testing the ECM and thinking that was the problem, i charged my battery and changed how i hooked the power cables to the battery and it fires right up. Looks like the connectors to the battery were not giving me enough juice to start the boat and keep it running. I took the clamps off and hooked the cables to the bolts and screwed them on with a nut. seems to have fixed my problem. the clamps were shot it looks like. cranked down all the way and still did not give a good connection. Taking it out this weekend. I have my fingers crossed.

broke down and took it to the dealer...who knows...started all week right up...put it in the water saturday morning...started...died and wont fire up anymore...im done...ugh
