I need some help in diagnosing a problem. I was driving along at about 25 km all of a sudden the boat sputtered and then the engine stopped.I was out just before this for an hour and there was no issue . It wont turn over and the carbon seal has starting leaking. When I looked at the carbon seal it is very loose pushing up against the other half where before it was tight.I have looked up into the pump and don't see anything frome either side.Any help would be great.
