2005 sporster le di surging

Fuel pump went bad, put new aftermarket pump seems run ok, but I was getting some surging at wot before and I still am and seems will surge at 3/4 or so throttle. What should I look for?

I would start with checking the fuel pressure when underway, and you notice the surging.
