How old are your spark plugs? Always start with driveability issues by replacing spark plugs and making sure you have a good charged battery. Then diagnose further when you are confident in plugs and battery.
Exhaust leak at the j-pipe; I've had it happen to me twice. The j-pipe leak and the engine is sucking in exhaust gasses. No codes. Put the ski on the water hose and follow the instruction on the can of SeaFoam Spray. If you have an exhaust leak, you'll find it.
The other thing you could do it to get an inspection mirror and look for soot around where the j-pipe connects the exhaust manifold. Pay particular attention to the 6 o'clock position.
