I have a 2005 seadoo challenger 180. I’m not getting power after relay. I put a new battery in in and everything works (horn lights ect) but I push the start button and it don’t work. It’s almost like it’s not plugged in, but it is. I’m really confused any help I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you

Neutral safety switch at the shifter maybe? Might be a dumb question but is it in neutral? Do you get the beeps from the DESS?

Check to see if the solenoid is passing voltage through it. Just because you hear it click doesn't mean it is working. The brown ones are notorious for failing exactly like that.

I put a screw driver on to bypass it and it should have started..

If you jumped the posts on the solenoid and the starter didn't engage, you need to check the starter and the wiring to it.

Jump the solenoid while holding the start button. You still need to use the start button if you actually want to start it.

The Neutral switch creates a continuity path the 12 v on the solenoid but it ultimately terminates in the ECU. Once the key is authenticated, the start button is active. If the start button is then pressed, the logic activates the solenoid as well as energizes the injector routines. If you just jump it without the start button being pressed, the starter is engaged but there is no fuel injector activity.

If you do both, it should start. If it does, your solenoid is bad.

If it doesn't start, you need to then focus on the switch and the key/dess post.
