I made a thread at the end of last year regarding this issue. The issue I had was:

The first start of the day it will turn over and catch no issues. As a day of driving goes on when I stop and shut the boat off and go to turn it on again it will crank and turn but won’t catch. After several attempts it eventually catches. I replaced spark plugs, have a new battery and new solenoid.

I just got the boat out for the year and I took some videos of the first starts. The first one once the key was in all I got was this buzzing noise. The second start once I shut off the battery and turned it back on it started. I turned it off and and tried again then and it wouldn’t turn over.

If anyone has any insight as to possibly why this is happening that would be great help thanks.

When you put the key on the post the first relay is the fuel pump.

Try pulling the fuse to the fuel pump and see if the sound is gone.
