2005 GTX SC, Nut Came Off Supercharger Gear - How far do I need to go to fix it?

I have a 2005 GTX SC 185 with 45 hours on it. Unfortunately, the nut holding the supercharger gear came off which resulted in all of the needle bearings for that gear being deposited into the engine. I pulled the engine and removed the PTO/Mag cover and both oil pumps. I found 33 of the needle bearing and a bunch of metal debris from the magneto rotor and stator. A bunch of those needle bearings got pulled into the magneto and tore the crap out it. I did recover the nut, gear and all of the washers from the supercharger. The oil pressure pump and cover are scarred up pretty good and the oil suction pump is in pretty good shape still. The screen for that front pump did a good job keeping the metal out of the pump. All the gears under the PTO/Mag cover show no signs of damage except the starter gear is a bit chewed up. How far do I need to go to fix this mess and still have a reliable ski? I'm thinking at a minimum I need to pull the bottom half of the engine, clean it out and check a couple of the main and connecting rod bearings. Any input on this will be greatly appreciated.

I just finished an RXP that dumped it's ceramics into the pan, same idea. I replaced both pumps and all the rod and main bearings. Couple of main bearings had marks, journals were all good thankfully. It's an 8000rpm motor putting out HP per CI on par with an Indy motor, if the journals are clean, just do bearings and pumps BUT, flush the shit out of everything!! I ran paint thinner under pressure through every passage several times as well as washing out sumps, cavities etc etc then blew all that out. This pic is the varsol passed through a coffee filter..

Don't forget to replace the timing chain, it could have gotten stretched.
