Hello,
I have a 2005 18' Challenger with 215hp. The problem I'm running into is on take off.
During take off it seems as if the boat does not have enough power or as if the intake is plugged (I check to make sure it was not) The boat almost sounds like it is cavitating. If I pull back on the throttle this stops and the boat plains out.
When I took the boat to my seadoo dealer they said it could be the wear ring. This was replaced but did not solve the problem?
I also notice I revs very high. At full speed the tack it at 8000rpm (this is as high as it goes) Also during take off it is at 8000.
Any ideas??
Thanks
