2004 sportster LE engine problem need help please

My baby has a 951 engine and it turns on fine. In low speed it works pretty smooth, Every once in while it gives me low battery beep, but the battery is 100% charged. If I push the gas, it takes off and then it slows down quickly in less that 5 seconds and then the engine works rogh until I turn the gas down. It barely reaches 15 mph!
This all happened out of no where. I have gas and oil and the battery is charged.
This baby used to run up to 65 mph! Its really slow now! I despreadly need help.

First check your plugs they could be fouled and that is what is causing this. Next make sure there is nothing stuck in with the impeller causing it to not work as well. I would say check the wear ring like everyone else and check compression psi.
