Bought a 2004 Sportster 4-Tec 155 boat with a blown motor, found the oil drain plug in the bottom of the engine worked its way out and guy never paid attention to the bells and whistles to shut it down. Tore all the bearings out (none spun), destroyed the camshaft bore and camshaft so I need a new cyl head now. I have not had one of these apart before so need advice on anything I should pay close attention to when putting it back together again? Any upgrades or parts required during build, other than the obvious torque to yeild bolts etc...
-machine shop polished the crank and balance shaft and they are within spec... havent ordered bottom end parts yet, pistons and cylinder bores are usable as well.
