2004 seadoo speedster 200 port side motor starts and gauges work. Starboard side has no power or gauges. Will turn over if relay is jumped. Installed new relay, have swapped computer from other side, all fuses are good. Ground cables look fine. Have also swapped start button with other side with no luck. Port start button shows over 12 volts and nothing on starboard side button.

Any luck finding your gremlin?? I'm having a similar issue with my 2002 Seadoo Sportster LT. One engine is fine, the other won't start. I can jumper solenoid and it will engage the engine. I've swapped the ignition boxes on working engine. Both are good. I've cleaned every ground, positive wire. Have good voltage at the switch. Replaced switch. No even a click at the starter solenoid.

Bad MPEM. I sent it out and had it tested. Starboard side was firing, nothing on Port side. I bought a used one from a very reputable seller on Ebay (not cheap), but all is good! I have a great running Sportster LT now, both engines! :) Thank you.
