Hello everyone. Looking for some help with my Sporster. A few weeks ago after taking it out i left the power on. When going to re use yesterday the battery was drained. I jumped it with my jump pack and took it out on the water to charge back up. About 15 minutes into my ride at almost idle speed the check engine light came on. I shut it off and went to re start and it wouldn't turn over. I hooked the jump pack back up which started it right up and took it back to the dock with the check engine light still on. Not sure if it could be the battery, Stator, or something else. Hoping someone may have a better idea. Thank you

Take the battery out and charge it. Sometimes a completely dead battery will not take a charge. In that case, hook up a good battery to the dead battery with jumper wires in parallel. Then charge them both for an hour or two. Then disconnect the jumper wires and continue to charge the dead battery.
