2004 rxp 255, thinking about buying *questions*

I found a 04 rxp 255HP with trailer for $5,000. 50 hours on it. I was wondering if there was any problems with the 2004 rxp's. The seller also said the 50 hour light went on which had to be reset. I'm not sure the light could come on because of serivce? Any info would help me alot

Sea-Doo only had up to 215hp in 04 not 255.

If there are ANY lights on do not buy it with out having it checked at the dealer. Also due to the year I would recommend having the supercharger rebuilt due to common ceramic washer failures. Check with the dealer to what they would charge for that, and any service work required and consider the costs in the final price.
