2004 4-TEC 185 Supercharged Revving Issue

I have read almost all of this forum and am simply stumped and need help. Here's the story:

I have a 2004 4-Tec GTX Supercharged 185. It sat for a few years outside and the previous owner said "it was their most reliable ski", yeah, I don't believe that any longer.
I have done the following:
1. supercharger rebuilt
2. new injectors
3. new plugs (several sets actually)
4. new coils (2 different new sets)
5. NEW ECU with (2) new PERFORMANCE keys
6. Replaced the MPEM, verified good and working by the seller
7. New fuel pump
8. New knock sensor
9. New jet pump, impeller, wear ring, etc...
10. New TPS
11. New idle sensor

The continuous problem: It starts and idles fine. Will rev in or out of the water up to 5k. IN the water it does all of 30 mph. That's it! 30 mph. WILL NOT rev in or out of the water over 5k without bogging down, almost angrily saying "I will not rev past higher". I have verified I am not using a learner key.

I have tried everything mentioned in this forum. I have sank way too money in this to invest one more dime. But I want to have it right. Any helpful suggestions, please?

Issue resolved. I replaced the original 20 year old fuel line with new. Apparently the OEM line was collapsing under high throttle and starving the engine of fuel. (I had this happen on my BMW GS too). Ski performs fine now, at least on the hose in the garage. Tomorrow I will give the ski a try on the lake.

Issue resolved...sorta. It will redline on the trailer. In the water, 5k is still the max, though it no longer acts as if it is starving for fuel. I replaced the wear ring already, so I don't think that is the issue, especially since the revs stop around 5k and 32mph. Any suggestions?

What codes do you have? Have you done a leak down test? Or even a compression test which doesn't really tell you very much?
It sounds like it's in limp mode. Any check engine or warnings or long single beeps? Changed oil pressure sensors?

Thanks for the reply. No codes. No check engine light. I have taken the ski to the landfill. I am over it. This time, the project won.
