hello have a question to ask you i have a 2003 seadoo challenger 1800 with the 240 efi mercury engine.. in the summer when we took the boat out it would start beeping i took it to a place and he did something to it but what it would do is not let the engine get over a certain rpm and it would go slow but it never cut out when you put it in the water the boat at slow run runs fine when you go to take off slow rpm now back to were i took it could the place had reset something to make it run then it went ack into the same mode can you hook a computer to this engine clear codes and it work i changed the heat sensors thinking that might hae something to do with it but it did help if you could please give me some direaction with this it would be
