2003 Sea-Doo GTX 4-TEC SC Limited Supercharger Ceramic Washers questions?

I have a 2003 Sea-Doo GTX 4-TEC SC. I understand that the ceramic washers are known to explode, causing engine damage. I am confused on which washers are made out of ceramic. Is it the thrust washer, friction washer, lock washer, or the spring washer. I want to order the washers before I take the supercharger apart so I can put it back together right away. Can anyone help me with which washers need to be replaced and where I can buy the correct ones?

The 2003 did NOT have ceramic washers so no risk of them breaking and ruining your engine. This was the first year and they used steel washers. The ceramic ones were used from 2004-2008 and are there are 2 of them, one on each side of the gear.
