2003 Polaris Virage i Cracked Cylinder

I just traded for a 03 Polaris Virage i Direct Injection 800 and it runs great.... ?other than the water pouring out of the rear Cylinder. Where can i find a cyl.? SBT only offers cyl exchange on theirs, and mine is busted... Any Ideas????

if it still runs... take the bad jug off, and have it welded.

It runs great, took it out and ran it for about 30-45min, (Hard).. No miss, bog, or anything. Just has a stream of water coming out of it on the right hand side.

I will take it to a welding shop to see if they can weld it. Thanks for the reply. I just wasn't sure if it was ok to weld on them.

OK.... I removed the head to check out the situation a little better... Doesn't look good! The jug is cracked not only on the outside but the inside also! the piston is chalky white and pitted up! The sleeve is still in good shape. Is the jug still weldable when cracked inside?

Can you post a pic?

The head my be cracked also.

But if you see evidence of water in the jug... the sleeve have a crack in it.
