Tried to put the boat in for the season. 1 engine started right up but the other one just cranks but won't fire. Any ideas? Tried changing the spark plugs but that didn't make a difference. Sounds like it wants to go but just won't catch. Pulled spark plugs and they have just a bit of oil on the bottom. Tried full choke, no choke etc. Even tried a bit of throttle and that makes it sound a bit more eager to fire but still won't go.

Pull the plugs and put a squirt if fuel into the holes, reinstall the plugs. See if it starts then. If so, at least you know what you are lacking.
That's more than enough.
Was able to get the engine to start with gas in the spark plug holes but it would only run until that gas was gone and then stop.
Took it into the shop and they called today that the issue was that oil had gotten into the fuel pump. They didn't know how that could have happened.
