2002 seadoo gtx 4-tec starting issue

I have a2002 seadoo gtx 4-tec that will start when taken off trailer but won’t restart when leaving dock. It will run all day if I don’t turn off. I have checked plugs, compression and all wire connections. Will run without issue on hose.
