2002 Islandia Gel Coat

The gel coat in the link below states it's for 1995 - 2008 Sea-Doo's. Does anyone know if that for just for the ski's or for the boats also?

It's just white gel. Should be fine.

I realize it's white gel and it will physically work, however what one manufacturer calls white and what another one calls white can vary greatly. "White" can even vary greatly within the same manufacture between models and years. So I was just wondering if anybody knew if the same the same "white" was used in skis and boats in the year specified. I already patched one area with white gel coast and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

OK.... I understand.


As far as I know. (and seen over the years) the white used on the ski's, and boats was the same. There was a few subtle differences in the "Colors", but most of them were close too.

OK, thanks. I know it will probably never be a perfect match due to age of the original gel coat and many other factors but I'm just hoping to get closer to the other white I tried a few years ago (actually closer to a light grey!).
