RESTO 2002 GTX DI p0352 code

GTX DI 2002 has P0352 code hard fault maint light flashes then start with throttle cracked open and runs great no miss no maint light runs great untill let get under 4500 and goes into limp in mode runs like crap. voltage is 13.76 volts at 3500 rpm stator is new sbt and resistance and voltage ac when testing stator are all within spec. checked resistance to cpu is all good and under 1.5 ohms any idea where to start

Bad PTO ignition coil. Check wiring connections at coil and ECU plug. If wiring and coil are good then it is the ECU.

wiring was good all three wires back to connector less than 2 ohms and dealer i took it to swapped coils and still had pto side code
had to repair stator side connector dealer pushed pins out of terminals.what baffles me is it runs perfect on start up with throttle cracked.
