Charging circuit........
Dave, these things use a lot of power to operate. There is a rely that will shut everything down if your not generating the needed power to keep it running.
What you need to do is get a good charge on your battery (11.65 shows a discharged battery) then, start it up. Once it's running, put your multi-meter on the battery terminals and see what your charging system output is. You should be getting between 14 to 14.5 VDC.
Also, check all your fuses. You have a 15 amp fuse protecting your charging system, so theres a chance it's blown.........:cheers:
