2002 240 EFI Jet - Sender Temp Sensor Starboard Side wire color

Guys, need some help here. I am changing out the temp sensor on the Starboard side of my engine, part number 974651. There is one wire going into this sensor. Like a dumbass I unplugged it and didn't pay attention to the color of the wire it was connected to. I have two choices. Either a tan wire or a blue and black wire. Let me know if you can help.

Mercury's wire color codes are pretty generic, tan is normally used for all temp sender wires. On your 240 EFI I recall grounding that tan wire will sound the temp alarm essentially duplicating the sensor function.
