I just purchased a 2001 Seadoo Sportster. I took it out on the water and the boat would only do 7 mph. I brought it back on shore, phoned the previous owner who assured me the thing works. We went thru what I might not be doing and it turns out I did not have the fuel knob in the on position. Would that have caused this problem of 7 mph. I trust the guy that when he had it out last weekend it went 35 mph.

I bought my boat of eBay United States and didn't see it until it arrived 10 weeks later in Australia. Phew, it all worked out well!!!!!!!!:hurray:
