2001 seadoo gtx di

I have a 2001 seadoo gtx di. The ski starts up then shuts off. I purchased it with the engine out of it. I rebuilt the engine as I have many other seadoo engines. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel rail, the coils, the injectors, the fuel filter. I checked the dess post, the start button. I've taken it to a dealer to put the B.U.D.S. computer on it and nothing showed up. Can anybody please help me? Like I said, the ski starts up perfect but then shuts right off. I've also changed the stator. Thank you, Dennis

Welcome to the seadoo forum Dennis. Check the fuel pressure from the tank and the (TPS)throttle position sensor...That is a different type of problem than I have seen. I'll do some digging for a repair. The dealer should have the specs to diagnose the componets. You'll need B.U.D.S. to check it out. Let me see what I can find out.

Karl, I put a new fuel pump on and a new fuel filter. The fuel pressure is around 30psi when I put the lanyard on and around 110psi when it starts. Then it shuts off. I'll see if I can check the TPS. Thanks Dennis

Karl, I checked the throttle sensors. Thats not it. I have two gtx di skis and I switched the ones on the good ski. I'm going crazy trying figure this thing out. Do you have any more ideas. Thanks Dennis
