Unless you are really intent on moving to a Yamy boat, the engine is probably repairable with $ome per$istance and $kill. You would definitely need to BOAT (or 2). You might want to look back at Dr. Honda's ordeal with a ventilated block.

I already bought the Yamaha. Debating whether to fix. Hate to spend 5k to make 5k. I think I can part it out for around 4k.

Are you selling the impeller, wear ring and stator? And did you remove them?

How much for the reverse gate bracket? One of the pins broke and the gate was just hanging by the reverse cable. The bracket the steering tube attaches to.

I believe it's the after the impeller. This is the directional end. Reverse gate, nozzle assembly. I'd be interested in the whole steering setup from nozzle assembly to the reverse gate or just the nozzle assembly itself.
