2001 RX DI - Max Speed 30 mph

My 2001 Bombardier RX DI will not go above 3200 rpms and 30 mph. It was running sluggishly to start the season but since have put new gas into it and runs smooth just will not go any faster than 30 mph. It seems to be stuck in learner mode with the non learner key. Any way to reset the computer to allow for it to kick out of learner mode?

I'd start with checking the compression.
