2001 challenger vs 97 speedster

Hey all,

Just picked up my first jet boat and I LOVE it! It's a 2001 14.5 challenger with twin 720s. Anyway, I have been helping a friend look for one also and it seem the 97 speedster has almost the exact same setup with a few minor changes.

Can anyone confirm the differences between the two? Are they the same hull?

In the case of the 14' boats... they are all about the same. Just minor differences. (paint, center seat, gauges, and what engine was actually installed like the 720 or 800)

Now... if you go back to '95... then there was some major mechanical differences... and also, once you get into the new (2004/5) Rotax powered 14' boats.
