New to the forum, been doing a lot of research. I purchased a 2001 challenger twin engine. Came with everything fresh off a rebuild. Only thing I'm wanting to add is a boarding ladder. I've been looking and only finding the rope/cloth ladders. It has a swim deck but didn't know if I could add a ladder to the back to make life a little easier getting in and out of the water. Bigger guy her around 250 so would need something to hold weight and didn't know if I could mount a fold down ladder to the swim deck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

The bigger challenger (1800) used the UP-2 ladder from Windline. They supplied the ladders for the boats. Problem is I don't thing you have enough depth on the swim platform to fit it.

Here's an older thread http://www.seadooforum.com/showthread.php?55374-Aqua-step-for-the-Challenger-1800

I posted pics of the UP-2 and the BR-96 brackets on the second page. The aqua step on the first page mght work. IF---IF that UP-s would work, it's plenty strong, I'm 230 and have a similar windline on my Speedster.

I appreciate the quick reply. Hopefully I can figure out something. If I find something I can mount to the swim platform what would be the best way to anchor it to hold weight
