2001 Challenger Fuel / 2 cycle oil.........What is proper to use ?

Hello..

I'm trying to find out what is the recommended 2-cycle oil and gasoline i should be using in my 2001 Challenger ( twin ) 718's. I live in upstate NY and we have 10 % ethanol in our Reg unleaded.
Also what octane is best ? I can get Reg unleaded ( no ethanol).
