What's the best way to remove the four bolts off the impeller housing?

I used my 3/8 drive snap-on ratchet, swivel heal, with a 12 inch handle. And an extension that was 20 inches long.

I ride in salt water but SUPER clean my ski's when done. I use a pressure washer. So they look like fresh water skis.
