2000 Seadoo GTX RFI loosing power

Starting out cold, on the water, this 787cc runs great for a few minutes. Had it up up to 6500 rpm and ran great. After about 2 minutes it bogs to 2000-3000 rpm. After letting it sit for a few minutes, it gets up and does the same thing. I have replaced the fuel filters, ohm the 5 sensors from the module connector ohmed within specs. Maybe temperature sensor?
 
I'm recall the rectifiers are terrible on that model. I'm not sure that is it but it's a common flaw of that model
 
I replaced it. Old rectifier was outputting 12.5 VDC and dropping. New one puts out 13.2 VDC at idle. Old one was not charging battery. New one is.
