I have a millenium edition gtx with the 951 engine and dual carbs. After taking it to the river for the first time after winter it wouldn't run( severe bogging), and we determined that the carbs were stopped up, and we later discovered the issues people are having with the grey fuel hoses. WE have had the carbs worked on, and we have replaced all the fuel hoses. Now, it will crank and idle just fine, but the instant I apply any throttle it bogs down/kills it. The only trick I have found is if I pull the choke out really quick and floor it it will catch and run just fine. Top end speed is fine also, but the second you let off the throttle and try to get back on it it will bog/kill it. We have tried adjusting the low end screws on the carbs and it doesn't seem to be helping the issue at all. At this point I'm at a loss as to what approach to take. Any hints would be helpful. thanks.

Fuel Problem

Sounds like you still may have a carb problem.. the symptom sounds like not enough fuel.. When you pull the choke out you are restricting the air flow making the engine run richer..
