I recently bought a Seadoo GS the same as the one in this link

Had it out for the first time on Loch Lomond yesterday and had a great 5 hours or so until......going along the loch full pelt, the power died for a couple of seconds, then reinstated, then would cut, then come back in.
This continued and the ski became a bit spluttery until eventually it stopped and will not start. There was a bit of water in the hull which was slightly concerning.
I was just curious if any of the more knowledgable people hear could suggest any faults or things to check for?
