2000 Seadoo Explorer run issue (slow)

Hi guys
I took my 2000 Seadoo explorer to water to test .i bought in wintertime locally .
It started after few try .I went in water .
It ran slowly for like 10 min. On low rpm .
Then suddenly it ran on full speed for like few seconds then it went slow speed again . Then after sometimes it died .i tried starting lots of time but no luck .
I was stuck on water for like half hour then luckily it started again n I made to shore .
Can anyone tell me what could be the problem .

have you ever rebuilt the carbs or gone trough the fuel lines?
