2000 Seadoo Challenger 2000 sudden loss of power

I recently purchased a 2000 Challenger 2000 with a first gen 240 EFI motor. The issue that I have is after the boat has been driven for approximately 15 min at idle and WOT, it suddenly shuts off. When I restart the engine, it will run for 5-10 seconds at best, then shut off again. In the last month I've replaced the spark plugs, port side temperature sensor, fuel filter, high pressure fuel pump, stator, and used premium gas. I would like to get the boat running soon and enjoy it with my family.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same boat and the same issue. Was running last year (but had some stall issues) and now I can’t get it to idle at all. When it does, it’s only at 500 RPM. I have a feeling I am only running on 3 cylinders as 3 spark plugs are clean. New plugs, new coils. ECU/TPS issue??
