2000 Sea Doo GTI wont start

I have a 2000 GTI that has power to everything but will not crank with the button, we have tested the button and that is not the problem either. However it will fire if shorted across the starter. Any Ideas

Welcome to the seadoo forum Sc. If you checked the start button and it's ok, and you bypassed the starter solenoid relay and it turned over...it must be the starter solenoid relay. You can get one at the "Parts" link at the top of the page.
